How do I register?

For most of our events, you can register by clicking on REGISTER tab on the event website, and filling in the short form.

What time does the event start?

Generally, doors will open at approx. 09.30 but please check the individual page for each event. You are welcome to come by at any point during the day.

What time does the event finish?

Generally, we aim to finish between 16.00 – 16.30, but again, please check the individual page for each event.

Is there any charge to attend?

All EVOLUTION events are FREE to attend.

What do I need to bring with me on the day?

Please make sure you bring your driving licence with you. If possible, please do your driving licence check on (https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence) before arriving and either write down the check-code or print off the document. If you are not able to do this, please ensure that you bring your driving licence and ensure that you know your NI Number so that we can check your licence for you on the day.

Are there any restrictions on being able to test-drive?

To drive on the day, you must be over 21 and have a full UK driving licence. We cannot issue an ‘Approved to Drive’ wristband if you have over six points on your licence, but you may still approach individual manufacturers who may allow you to drive at their own discretion.

I drive a plug-in vehicle: Is there vehicle charging at the event?

Most events will have some form of charging available, but it will depend on each individual venue. To be sure, please contact our Event Coordinator:
